Meet Katherine

Hi, I’m Katherine—a leadership coach, Agile practitioner, and creator of Leadership Lab 360. I help leaders build clarity, confidence, and high-trust teams.

I’ve worked across IT, Research & Development, and Operations & Maintenance, helping leaders and teams who feel overwhelmed, stretched thin, or stuck in the “busy but not better” cycle. My background includes a master’s degree, a PhD, and professional credentials in Agile, project management, and service management, all focused on understanding how teams work and how leaders can help them thrive.

Most teams don’t need more pressure… they need leaders who communicate clearly, set healthy rhythms, and create an environment where people can actually do their best work.
